You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Educational & Coaching Tool Disclaimers
Ace Career Coach is strictly an educational preparation, coaching, and analytical simulation tool.
- No Recruitment Agency: We are not a recruitment firm, staffing agency, employer, or headhunter. We do not place candidates in jobs or act as an employment agent.
- No Guarantee of Employment: We make no representations or guarantees that using the Service will result in securing interviews, job offers, salary increases, or career promotions. Hiring decisions are made solely by prospective employers.
- No Regulated Advice: The Service does not provide legal, immigration, labor law, financial, tax, or psychological advice.
4. Artificial Intelligence & Candidate Integrity
The Service uses artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini models) to generate suggestions, questions, feedback, and scoring indicators.
- Suggestions Are Not Facts: AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Suggestions remain strictly unverified until you review and confirm them.
- Candidate Integrity: You represent and warrant that any career history, metrics, and achievements you confirm or present to employers are truthful, accurate, and personal to your genuine work experience. Do not present invented or misleading AI suggestions to prospective employers.
- Coaching Metrics Only: Readiness scores and rubric evaluations are simulated training benchmarks, not standardized psychological tests or predictions of employer hiring decisions.
5. Multimodal Live Video Interview Studio
When using the Live Video Interview Studio, the Service ephemerally processes streaming microphone audio and camera video frames (at low frame rates) solely to conduct the real-time interactive interview simulation and provide delivery feedback.
- The Service does not perform biometric identification, face-matching, or persistent voiceprint surveillance.
- Microphone and camera permissions are requested via your browser and can be muted or stopped at any time.
- You are responsible for ensuring your physical camera surroundings do not display confidential employer or third-party information.
6. Your Content and Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in your CVs, career records, answers, and personal materials (“User Content”).
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, parse, scan, format, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate, deliver, and secure the Service. We do not use your private career content to train publicly accessible foundation AI models without explicit opt-in consent.
Except for User Content, the Service—including software, algorithms, personas, scoring rubrics, question libraries, and branding—is the proprietary property of Ace Career Coach and its licensors.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Upload employer confidential information, trade secrets, non-public source code, or NDA-protected data.
- Upload personal data of third parties without documented authorization.
- Upload malicious software or attempt to bypass antivirus scanning, authentication, or Row Level Security policies.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, prompt-inject, or extract model outputs to build or train a competing commercial service.
- Use the Service to generate discriminatory, defamatory, deceptive, or unlawful materials.
- Resell, lease, or syndicate access to the Service without written authorization.
8. Beta Status and Subscriptions
The Service may initially be offered as a free private or public beta. Features may change or be refined. If commercial paid subscription plans or consumable practice credits are introduced, all pricing, billing terms, renewal intervals, and cancellation methods will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Ace Career Coach nor its team will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, profits, or reputation.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim or AED 500 (or equivalent), except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Dubai (or relevant free zone jurisdiction). Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution for at least 30 days by contacting legal@acecareercoach.com.
